    1. Begin Fresh
    Cleanse your face with Dermaviduals cleansing milk to remove impurities and prep your skin for LED therapy. Repeat the cleansing process. Use this moment to slow down your cleansing routine and take in some long and meaningful breaths, try not to rush....Pat dry.


    2. Illuminate with Purpose
    Place the Trudermal LED Mask comfortably over your face. Choose your setting based on your skin goals, and allow the 10-minute cycle to run uninterrupted:


    * Red & NIR (Near Infrared):
    Boosts collagen, improves skin texture, and reduces fine lines. Ideal for ageing, dehydrated, or devitalised skin.*


    * Red & Blue:
    Combines rejuvenation and antibacterial action. Great for inflamed or acne-prone skin that also needs healing.*


    * Blue Only:
    Targets acne-causing bacteria and reduces breakouts. Best for oily, congested, or acne-prone skin.*


    3. Hands of Gratitude
    While your face bathes in therapeutic light, take this moment to nourish your hands. Massage Ginger & Me Hand Cream slowly from wrists to fingertips, focusing on each joint and cuticle. Let it be a ritual of appreciation for all they do.


    4. Remove & Reset
    After 10 minutes, gently remove the LED mask. Pause and notice the calm warmth and balance across your skin.


    5. Seal with a Glow mask hug
    Apply the SIMKA Sheet Mask. Let it rest on the skin for 10–15 minutes, soaking in the actives and deeply hydrating the freshly treated skin.


    6. Finish with Presence
    Remove the sheet mask and pat any remaining essence into your skin. Apply 2-3 pumps of Dermaviduals moisturiser and massage into your skin. Take a deep breath, thank yourself for this care, and carry your glow forward.

Bath Ritual

Perfect for a cosy evening of indulgent self-care.

    • Candle(s), Soft Towel, and Calming Music (optional but encouraged)

  • 1. Set the Mood
    Dim the lights, light a candle, and put on some calming music (Try our A E Bodybar Spotify playlist) Make this your sacred space.


    2. Prepare the Bath
    Fill your tub with warm water and add a generous scoop of bath salts. Add 5–10 drops of your Bodybar Essential Oil. Swirl the water to blend the scent and salts evenly.


    3. Soak & Breathe
    Slide into the tub, close your eyes, and take deep breaths. Inhale the therapeutic aroma, and feel your muscles unwind as the salts ease tension.


    4. Exfoliate & Renew
    After a few minutes of soaking, gently massage your skin with the coconut & vanilla scrub in circular motions. Focus on areas like elbows, knees, and shoulders.


    5. Rinse & Relax
    Gently rinse off the scrub in the bath water or with a quick rinse under the shower. Pat your skin dry with a soft towel.


    6. Seal in Moisture
    While your skin is still slightly damp, apply your nourishing body oil from neck to toes. Massage it in slowly, allowing the oil to absorb deeply and lock in hydration.

    Perfect whether you're indulging in a full bath, a shower escape, or a foot soak - this ritual adapts to you.

  • 1. Create Your Sanctuary
    Dim the lights, light a candle, and play calming music (we recommend the A E Bodybar Spotify playlist). Set the tone for a soothing, uninterrupted experience.

    2. Ground with a Foot Soak
    Fill a bowl or foot basin with warm water, a scoop of bath salts, and a few drops of essential oil. Soak your feet for 10–15 minutes, sip some tea, and take slow, mindful breaths.

    3. Choose Your Water Ritual

    • Shower: Place 2–3 drops of essential oil on the shower floor (away from direct water) for an aromatic steam effect.

    • Bath: Fill your tub with warm water, add bath salts and 5–10 drops of Bodybar Essential Oil. Swirl to blend and soak in the therapeutic aroma.

    4. Exfoliate & Renew
    Once your skin is warm and softened, apply the coconut & vanilla scrub in circular motions, focusing on rough or dry areas. Rinse thoroughly.

    5. Pat Dry & Prepare
    Gently pat your skin dry with a towel, leaving a touch of moisture to aid in product absorption.

    6. Cleanse Your Face
    Use Dermaviduals cleansing milk to cleanse your face twice, allowing each step to be slow and intentional. Pat dry.

    7. LED Light Therapy
    Place the Trudermal LED Mask over your face and select the setting that matches your skin goals. Relax for 10 minutes while the light does its magic.

    8. Hands of Gratitude
    While your mask runs, massage Ginger & Me Hand Cream into your hands, focusing on joints, fingers, and cuticles as a mini ritual of self-appreciation.

    9. Sheet Mask Infusion
    After removing the LED mask, apply the SIMKA Sheet Mask and let it rest on your skin for 10–15 minutes. Use this time to be still or indulge in a scalp or neck massage.

    10. Seal & Soothe
    Remove the sheet mask and press in the remaining serum. Apply 2–3 pumps of Dermaviduals moisturiser, massaging it gently into your skin.

    11. Hydrate Your Body
    Finish with a generous layer of body oil, massaging slowly from neck to toes to lock in moisture, soften the skin, and complete your ritual.

    12. Breathe & Reflect
    Take a deep breath. Feel grounded, refreshed, and glowing. You’ve just honoured yourself with care, intention, and presence.

    6. Hydrate & Glow
    Apply your body oil generously, massaging into skin to lock in softness and hydration. Take this moment to notice where you may have areas that need some extra TLC.

Shower Ritual with a Foot Soak

Perfect when you don’t have a bath but still crave a spa-like escape.

    Fill a bowl with warm water and add bath salts and a few drops of your essential oil. Soak your feet for 10–15 minutes while sipping tea or just breathing deeply.


    3. Shower Steam Ritual
    Before stepping into the shower, place 2–3 drops of your essential oil on the shower floor (away from direct water stream) to create an aromatic steam effect.


    4. Exfoliate in the Shower
    Let the warm water open your pores, then apply the coconut & vanilla scrub in circular motions all over your body. Take your time — this is your moment.


    5. Rinse & Pat Dry
    Rinse thoroughly and gently pat your skin dry with a towel, leaving some moisture for better oil absorption.


    6. Hydrate & Glow
