Booking policy

There are several ways to schedule your appointment with us: by phone, email, through our website, or even by stopping by in person! We use an online system that you can access at anytime to find a time that is suitable for you. To secure your spot, we kindly ask for a 50% deposit when booking your appointment. Making an appointment in advance is highly recommended, as spots can fill up quickly. If you have a last-minute need, feel free to call and we'll be happy to check for any available openings! Once you've booked, you'll receive a confirmation email or text as a friendly reminder. We'll also send a gentle nudge before your appointment so you don't forget. While we understand things can come up, please keep in mind that missing an appointment without letting us know in advance may affect future bookings. We look forward to seeing you soon! 

Cancellation policy

We understand that life happens! Sometimes things come up that require a change in your schedule. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you let us know at least 48 hours in advance. This gives us enough time to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment slot to another client. You can easily cancel or reschedule by giving us a call or sending a quick email. A friendly reminder: When an appointment is missed within 48 hours, a fee of 50% of the treatment price may apply. If you completely miss your appointment (a "no-show"), the full price may be charged. This is because we value your time, and we know yours is valuable too. When you miss an appointment, it prevents someone else from booking that time and can disrupt our schedule. 

To avoid any cancellation fees:

  • If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

  • We recommend keeping track of your appointments to ensure you don't miss them unintentionally. Of course, there are times when things are truly out of our control. If an unexpected event like a power outage, bad weather, or something else major comes up, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll be happy to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation! 

Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your experience at AE Bodybar! We follow Australian Consumer Law (2010) for our refund policy. This means if you have any concerns, we're here to help. If a product you purchased is faulty, unsafe, not what you expected based on the description, or doesn't work as intended, and we can't fix it within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. We'll always do our best to find a solution that works for you.

Here's what to keep in mind:

  • Please hold onto your receipt as proof of purchase for any refunds or exchanges.

  • We understand everyone's experience is unique, so refunds cannot be provided solely because a service didn't deliver your desired outcome (as long as there weren't any faults or major issues).

This policy applies to all prepaid treatments, and we hope you understand!

Late arrival policy

To ensure you have a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows you to unwind, complete any necessary paperwork, and get settled in comfortably before your treatment begins. Please note: If you run a bit late, we want to understand! However, to be fair to all our clients and ensure everyone gets their full appointment time, your treatment will still end at the originally scheduled time. The full cost of the appointment will still apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Sick or unwell policy

We care about your well-being! If you're feeling a bit under the weather, we completely understand. To ensure everyone's safety and comfort, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you're feeling unwell. This includes experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or if you've been in close contact with someone who has it. We're happy to help you find a new appointment time that works best for you when you're feeling better. Just give us a call and we'll get you rescheduled!
