How to use
Use daily or as part of your self-care ritual.
1. Prep the skin
Apply a generous amount of body oil or serum to clean skin.
(This is essential, never use gua sha on dry skin.)
2. Hold at a gentle angle
Hold the gua sha at a 15–30° angle, flat against the skin.
Use light to medium pressure, this should feel soothing, not painful.
3. Slow, intentional strokes
Using slow, steady movements, glide the tool towards the heart to support lymphatic flow.

Arms: Stroke upwards from wrist to shoulder

Legs: Stroke upwards from ankle to hip

Stomach: Use gentle, clockwise strokes

Back & shoulders: Stroke upwards and outwards

Neck (if suitable): Use very light pressure, always upwards
Repeat each stroke 5–10 times per area.
4. Breathe + relax
Take slow, deep breaths as you move.
This is about releasing tension as much as sculpting the body.
5. Aftercare
Allow remaining oil to absorb into the skin.
Clean your gua sha with warm water and mild soap after use.
